conmeet raised €6 million in an oversubscribed seed round co-led by Reimann Investors Venture Capital and Smedvig Ventures. The financing followed a pre-seed round six months earlier led by May Ventures, which remained an investor. Founded in 2023 by Benedikt Kisner, Leandro Ananias and Lennart Eckerlein, conmeet develops an operating platform for trades and construction companies. Its target customers employ between 10 and 500 people. The software combines project management, purchasing, scheduling, site operations, documentation, finance and invoicing within one data model. Rather than transferring information among separate applications, office staff and site teams can work from shared operational information throughout a project. AI is integrated into recurring processes to automate tasks and support more autonomous workflow execution. Chief executive Kisner said the objective was an end-to-end business system rather than another isolated tool. New capital will support expansion across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, additional AI development and recruitment. The announcement did not state a company valuation.
