reebuild raised €3 million in seed financing led by Fortino Ventures, with Rise PropTech and Curiosity VC participating. The Vienna startup automates administrative and financial work for construction businesses and property developers. Its platform converts invoices, delivery notes, order confirmations and scanned documents into structured information, then matches related records and recalculates invoice corrections. AI agents prepare tasks and recommendations, while employees retain approval authority. The company reported more than 120 customers across over 8,200 sites and projects, and invoices processed with an aggregate value above €530 million. Company-reported results include reducing invoice processing from more than 20 minutes to around three and shortening approvals from five days to roughly one and a half. These are attributed operating claims rather than independent benchmarks. Founder and chief executive Alexander Kornell said development remains closely tied to customers’ daily work. Financing will expand the Vienna team, support entry into additional European countries beyond Austria and Germany, and develop modules covering estimation, site documentation and accounting.
