YGO raised €8 million in a Series A led by Ventech, with participation from Sake Bosch, Caesar Capital and business angels. Founded by Julian Kögel, Willi Ibbeken and Sebastian Kreutzberger, the company develops AI infrastructure connecting travel businesses with airlines, hotels and tour operators. Its software structures fragmented product information so that AI systems can support search, recommendations, customer service and bookings. Suppliers can connect existing systems to traditional booking channels and newer AI assistants without replacing their technology stack. Customers named in the announcement include Condor, Bentour and GetAway Group. YGO reported that one airline customer reduced manual operations by 90% and improved conversion by 20%; another customer increased average order value 2.4 times without adding staff. These were company-reported customer outcomes. Travel-technology entrepreneur Ralf Usbeck has joined the team. Financing will expand sales and market-entry activities, support further platform development and help attract enterprise and mid-sized customers outside the German-speaking DACH market.
